SHIPPING, HANDLING, PICK-UP
Shipping Within Canada: FREE SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA WITH PURCHASE OVER $150 before tax. By default, domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited mail service with tracking and delivery confirmation. Please use the Shipping Calculator on the Cart page to find estimates based on your location. Xpresspost and Priority service are also available.
In stock/ready to ship jewelry ships within 2-3 business days.
Made to order jewellery ships within 3-4 weeks.
Once your order has been shipped, Gemstoned can not be held accountable or liable for any delivery delays, disruptions or failures that are caused by events outside of our control.
In the event of delayed or lost packages, please follow up with Canada Post using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Outside of Canada: At the moment, we are unable to ship outside of Canada. We are working on it!
Curbside Pick-up: Local Toronto orders are available for curbside pickup in Liberty Village (Downtown Toronto). Once order is placed, we will contact you to provide details and schedule a time slot.

Store Policies
Mask Chains
Our mask chains are made of non-precious metals (excluding plastic chains). The metal may tarnish over time. Please contact us with any concerns.
Mask chains are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of receipt. Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. We are unable to refund shipping costs.
Fine Jewelry
As all of our fine jewelry pieces are custom made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you have any concerns prior to ordering, please reach out to us at hello@gemstoned.jewelry
Your satisfaction is important to us! If any changes need to be made to an item you ordered, we will do our best to accommodate your concerns.
Prices are subject to change in response to the fluctuating gold market value.
Warranty
Gemstoned handcrafted pieces come with a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage caused to jewelry due to customer wear and tear is not covered by our warranty. Loss or damage to center stones once set is also not covered under Gemstoned’s warranty. In addition, any work done by another jeweler ( e.g. sizing, repair, alteration, polishing, etc.) to a Gemstoned piece will void the Gemstoned warranty. It is advised that clients acquire their own insurance for high value pieces to protect against damage, stone loss etc.
Everyday activities can cause jewelry to bend and stones to loosen. Avoid wearing your jewelry while performing manual tasks such as gardening, exercising, playing sports or any activity that puts any stress on your hands. Fine jewelry should also be removed before putting on lotion/cosmetic products. Removing jewelry when sleeping and showering is also recommended.
